Not Receiving Statements

     

If you are not receiving statements, we would recommend verifying your statement delivery preferences in your online account to ensure you have not opted into receiving them electronically. To view or change your current preferences, please follow the steps below:

  • Log into your account
  • Click “Billing and Tax Documents” on the left-hand side of the page
  • Select “Delivery Options”

Please note that if your account is in a certain status, you may not be receiving statements. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-561-4567 for more information.
